I am new to blogging.  I am not sure what I am hoping to accomplish with doing it but I feel that as a parent and teacher I have many ideas and opinion but I am always preaching to the choir.  I need a way to vent my ideas and the daily emotions of dealing with children every day.

I teach high school and though they all look like adults they really are all just children that need guidance.  I have a daughter in Middle School, she just became a teenager, God help me. I also have a son in 4th grade.  I make a difference, I hope, each day to children.  Sometimes the difference isn’t perceived as positive but in the long run I know that they will understand.
